That’s because people claim that the sounds of a woman crying come from this house. But the surprising thing is that the house is lying vacant, no one lives there.
According to the Daily Star News website, there is a house named Whaley House in San Diego, California. This house was built in 1857. Many suspicious deaths have occurred in this house, including incidents of suicide. Four years before the house was built, a thief named Jim Robinson was sentenced to death because he had stolen a boat. The place where the house was built was earlier the place designated for open hanging. But Thomas Whaley built his house there.

But as soon as the Whaley family shifted there, they started hearing the voices of Robinson’s ghost. Gradually, members of the Whaley family died under suspicious circumstances. Now people believe that even today the spirits of family members roam there. People who have visited this house claim that they have heard the sound of someone walking in the house, while some people have said that they have seen a ghost, while some have had a very strange feeling. Some people say that the ghosts of two family members, Thomas and Anna Whaley, the family’s pet dog and the spirit of a young woman are still present in the house.

After this, a massive fire broke out in a general store inside the house. After this Thomas Whaley took his family to San Francisco. After years, Whaley returned home. Then his house was used in different ways. Sometimes like a general store and sometimes like a stage at the inauguration of a theater company. Thomas’s daughter Violet also committed suicide at home. People believe that the voices of an 18-month-old baby and Violet can be heard.
